Boutique consulting in technology, data and AI for hospitality

The science of AI.

The art of adoption and knowledge.

We work alongside hotels, operators and property managers across Latin America to automate processes, adopt AI and turn data into revenue and profitability decisions. Tailored solutions, not generic packages.

There are plenty of companies selling software. What's missing are partners who understand your operation.

Before buying more software, let's review how your team works. These are the three places where we usually start.

Revenue that isn't optimized

You have data in your PMS, RMS and channels, but nobody turns it into pricing and profitability decisions.

Manual processes that don't scale

Reconciling bookings, building reports and copying data between systems eats hours your team needs to serve guests.

Change with no time to lead it

You feel you're falling behind on technology, but your agenda leaves no room to lead the transformation.

Our stance

Anyone can use AI. Few know how to validate what it produces.

AI is a brilliant intern: it has to be taught and supervised.

At first it knows little. With training, correction and business context it gains confidence, and then it can take on bigger challenges, always under supervision.

AI doesn't replace judgment. It needs it.

If something fails, the responsibility isn't the AI's. That's why at HTC there are always knowledgeable people who train, validate and answer for the result.

Products and services

From training your team to building the solution. Always tailored to your company.

Training and education

Your team learns by doing, with real hospitality cases.

  • Workshops and seminars
  • Revenue management training
  • Digital transformation
  • AI implementation

AI and automation solutions

We build with you what your operation needs today.

  • Artifacts and dashboards
  • Automation of specific tasks
  • Building and training agents for specific topics

Custom studies and analytics

Decisions based on your own data, not market averages.

  • Market studies
  • Price analysis
  • Forecasting and prediction models tailored to each company

AI architecture: models, integrations and costs

It's not about using more AI, but the right AI, in the right place, at the lowest cost.

Systems and integrations assessment (MCP)

We review your PMS, RMS, channel manager and spreadsheets to decide what to connect and how. We design integrations with MCP (Model Context Protocol) so AI works with your real data.

AI and credit optimization

We look at how you use AI today and which model to run for each task, so you don't burn through credits: lightweight models for repetitive work and powerful models only where they add value.

Multi-model: the best AI for each task

We work with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini. We evaluate which performs best on a specific task, or how to combine them in a single workflow.

What we have built

Examples of tailored solutions for hospitality and short-term rental operations.

Forecasts and budgets built on data

Forecasting models and budgets based on data and analytics, adjusted to the reality of each operation.

Real-price calculators

Automatic calculators that determine the real price at which each property sells after OTA discounts.

Listing deactivation alerts

Dashboards with alerts to catch listing deactivations in time.

Audit of your RMS recommendations

We evaluate the pricing recommendations from your RMS and determine when you should lower base or minimum prices.

Market and competitor intelligence

Clear intelligence to define your market and your real competitive set.

Payment reconciliation

Tools to reconcile payments automatically and flag discrepancies.

The science is the technology. The art is getting your team to adopt it.

01

We understand how you work

Processes, procedures and people before proposing technology. A socio-cognitive view of your operation.

02

We design it to fit

A solution for your hotel, not a generic package: AI, data and automation where they truly move revenue or save time.

03

We leave it in your hands

We support adoption until your team understands it and turns it into the hotel's own knowledge.

Our process

NeSBA: from need to a solution with measurable impact

Four steps to make AI really work in your operation.

N

Needs

First we assess the real needs and problems of your operation.

S

Solutions

We outline what AI can do: an agent, an artifact or an automation.

B

Benefits

We measure the impact: time saved, fewer errors and real-time information.

A

Alternatives

We show what happens if you don't implement: the cost of staying as you are.

Who we work with

Hotels, operators and property managers

Executives of independent hotels, chains and operators in Latin America who want to advance their digital transformation without losing control of their operation.

Hospitality technology companies

PMS, RMS, channel managers and AI agents that need industry knowledge, help implementing, or a partner to expand in the region.

Our model

Digital transformation model

Developed by Xavier Cárdenas. It links technology frameworks with the phases of sensemaking: digital transformation as a continuous process, not a one-off project.

Three lenses to read the organization

Nature: digital technologies
Institution: structure and culture
Human: leadership, skills and roles

PHASE 1

Ecological change

Detect the disruption

Changes in consumer behavior and expectations, the competitive landscape, crises and data availability.

PHASE 2

Enactment

Make sense and respond

The digital business and digital transformation strategy is defined, shaped by structure, culture, leadership and teams.

PHASE 3

Selection and action

Choose and execute

Value creation changes: customer experience, operating processes and business model.

PHASE 4

Retention

Consolidate or correct

Impact, positive or negative, is measured, and what is learned feeds back into strategy and the use of technology.

Xavier Cárdenas’s digital transformation model: technology frameworks and sensemaking phases

Figure: theoretical model of digital transformation (technology frameworks and sensemaking phases). Author: Xavier Cárdenas.

It's a cycle: what is retained returns to strategy and technology, and the process repeats. Grounded in research presented at AMCIS with José Esteves.
